Jooles Clements is Head of Brand Experience & Business Development at Auckland Zoo and has been part of the Zoo’s leadership team since 2015. Prior to that he established international cultural audience research agency, Morris Hargreaves McIntyre’s New Zealand and Australian operation, based in Auckland. He has worked with numerous high-profile galleries, museums and other mission-based organisations in New Zealand and Australia, helping them to better understand their audiences and leverage those insights to deliver meaningful outcomes.
